1. Creative Services & Scope
- Project Scope: Services are limited to the specific deliverables outlined in the agreed-upon project proposal or invoice.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
- Ownership Transfer: Upon receipt of full payment, the final high-resolution designs or edited videos will be transferred to the Client for their intended use.
- Self-Promotion: I reserve the right to display any work created (including drafts and final products) in my portfolio, social media, and marketing materials, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed beforehand.
- Raw Files: Project files (e.g., .PSD, .AI, .PRPROJ, .AEP) remain my intellectual property and are not included in the standard delivery unless specifically purchased as an add-on.
3. Payment Terms
- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of [Insert Percentage, e.g., 50%] is required before any work commences.
- Final Payment: Final files will be released only after the remaining balance is paid in full.
